100km Sewer network & House connections

Forming part of the Plaines Wilhems Sewerage Project Stage 1, the Project objective was to connect a maximum of existing properties in the region of Central, North East and South West Quatre Bornes to a new sewerage network. Carried out in JV with Chinese engineering company BCEG, the work comprised construction of approximately 100,000m of street sewers together with the survey and design and construction of 12,000 new sewer house connections. The work also required the replacement of about 47,000m of existing outdated CWA water supply pipelines.
